I know what you’re thinking… if you exercise you will be even more tired when you get home at the end of the day.
But, the truth is when you exercise you are actually CREATING energy.
You don’t have to do anything crazy. You could go for a walk, do yoga, take a workout class, go for a bike ride.
Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day where you are moving your body and you will notice a HUGE difference in your energy level for the rest of the day.
