Making exercise a habit in your life will help you to show up better at home, at work and in your relationships. If you honestly can’t find time to get to the gym we are in a day in age where you can work out anywhere. There are apps and programs that you can join from your phone. There are home workouts you can do and get your children involved. This will not only be great bonding time for you and your children, but it will also teach them the importance of health as well.

So, stop feeling guilty for making your health a priority! If you don’t take care of yourself you wont be able to really take care of anyone else.
